You know sometimes I have this weird thoughts of removing both of my boobs and replace it with all the fats all around my thighs and upper arms. My body would be so perfect! Sorry I think I'm digressing from my topic.

Yes, I certainly have struggles with my boobs. I have no shame for having big boobs but there are a lot of pain that goes through my everyday basis. The fact that majorities male loves girls with big boobs just questions me, a lot. If there are male reader right now, please share your thoughts. I would definitely love to know.

I wouldn't say I have humongous boobs because there are a lot more women that are struggling 10 times more. Boobs that could sag like a papaya, its already an issue. If you're wondering what cup I am, D.

There's advantages and disadvantages of having big boobs. But trust me, the only advantages I can think of is having cleavage. Most of the time I need to cover it up even though I feel confidence (Asians country, what could you expect? Too revealing). Though boobs are ours but it felt like it didn't er didn't own it, we get criticize for revealing it sexually. I mean come one, do you think we did it intentionally?! So we do not have rights to wear singlet that reveals our cleavage? I am not comfortable when there are people staring at my boobs, but what can I do? Hide it and be ashamed of it? Big boobs doesn't make us a slut.

For people who thinks women with big boobs wears push up bras to make it look bigger, you are wrong. The first thing you should know is big boobs are heavy as fuck and if we don't wear bras that is able to carry its weigh, it will SAG and hurts a lot. I am sure I have never tired showing off my cleavage, I want to be comfortable and not cover myself as if I love sweating so much. It just happens to be there! Yes I am talking about my cleavage.

Whenever I felt a bit of revealing, I am always hiding. I grab things near me to cover up my breast. This is sad...Because everyone thinks you're trying to be sexually attractive. I am tired of being accused. It is rude saying "Wow, you have big boobs" and stare right in my boobs. Because wearing the most causal outfits will end up looking inappropriate.

I never liked wearing bras but I have no choice because it sag. I have no choice but to buy bras to support it though it cost a price of a mansion. It is impossible to go bra-less in public, sometimes even at my own house. BECAUSE IT HURTS! Have I ever though of breast reduction? Well I am not embarrass of it, I just wish everyone could chill out and stop staring at it. There are two types of girls, girls who tries their best to reveal but never been notice or girls that loves attention and girls like me.

I am definitely horrified of getting pregnant. My boobs are big enough already...

You automatically look sexual in everything you wear.

In my previous post, I mentioned some of my most hated drivers in Malaysia. And in this post, I will be talking about "How To Deal With Childish Drivers". The rules on road are very simple and easy to understand.

First of all, if its your fault, please be reasonable and apologies. Do not dear or tremble, this will only portray how scared you are. Avoid being bullied unnecessary. Do what you should do and maybe negotiate or something that works for you. Just make it up so both parties get to settle in peace. Accidents meant to happen unintentionally.

Unfortunately some drivers love to make a big scenes by yelling, hitting on your car, holding on a threatening weapon and so on. Most of the time, these drivers are on fault. The first thing you need to do is keep calm and keep smiling (Don't show your teeth) no matter what. Because everyone is watching, you might be recorded who know. Attitude is very important no matter you're right or wrong.

The second step, let him or her finish her talk. Because drivers like this, when they lost their words, all they do is repeat what they say again and again. Make sure the speech has comes to an end, you then begin your statement. A camera capture would be good but if you don't have, the scar on your car can be justify easily who's right who's wrong. Even if you have faulty accused him or her, at least you wasn't raising your voice but just a fault statement.

The third step, if fault is still not found guilty. Here is the trick.

Always hold on a cheque book doesn't matter if you're using it or not. Take it out from your bag and ask him or her politely how much do he or she need to repair. Write it down in front of the driver so him or her would shut up. Drivers like this will instantly zip their mouth because money solves everything.

When everything is settle on spot and the driver leaves "happily". What you should do is get inside your car, call your bank to cancel the cheque and head to the police station to file a report (Make sure you're filing the report before the driver does). No one is harm, your reputation was not harm, insurance is claimed. Happy ending, though a lot of time is wasted.

Have you been into these kind of accident? Tell me more about it!

    Thank you for reading!

With the combination of the most annoying Road and Drivers in Malaysia is the only reason why I hate driving, so much. Swearing can not be avoided throughout your journey on the road. It is totally normal to stuck on the road for hours but yet not something you could easily get used to it (though you tried hypnotizing yourself you already have).

Here are my personal 2 most hated kinds of road, not sure if it applies to any other country. But these are definitely, every drivers in Malaysia will experience. It's either you're one of them or you're on my team.

Potholes, if I could bet 1$ on every pothole you can find at ANYWHERE. I will become a millionaire in no time. I'm not sure what kind of mud they use to retouch, but it is obviously useless. Potholes are as stubborn, it's always there. If only our road are as perfect as any other country I have been to.

Construction, it is everywhere. It is few meters away from me. It is few meters away from my working place, there is no ending. I have graduated from high school, got my diploma certificate, resigned from my first job. IT IS STILL THERE! Doesn't matter how big or small the construction is. Building or road construction progress are just the same. Does it affect me? From 3/2 lane road becomes 1 lane. This is disturbing, very.

    Let's move on!

Malaysian driver, majorities drives me crazy. There are just too much to talk about...But I'm only going to bring up a few.

Mutual courtesy, not. If anyone turns on their car signal, please show some courtesy. Don't rush to press down the accelerator worrying he or she is "getting your way". You should be thankful he or she turned on the car signal.

Because until today, some drivers does not know the existence of signals. Or maybe they have problem reaching out to their signals. Drivers like this tend to turn left and right whenever they want. And drivers like us could not help it but to swear and yell in the car. If you do not have the intention of using the signal, maybe you could be more careful? like drive slower...? NO There is no such things for drives who don't use signal.

What happens when accidents occurs? I call them "The Fighter". When it's obviously their fault, they will just get down their car with a baseball stick (anything that can threaten you) and starts yelling making sure you are afraid of putting faults on him or her. Drivers like these are seen everywhere, cross finger you will not meet them.

When unnecessary accident happens, please note that heavy traffic are not caused by it. It is caused by the "investigator". Investigators tend to slow down just so they can stare at the accidents. Or even worst, parked right beside the road so the traffic could get anymore worst and get down to take a look. So, never blame the accidents, they never wanted it to happen. it's all about the investigator.

Based on my college mate true events, one day she in the middle of traffic heading back home. She noticed an ambulance on duty opposite of her lane trying to get through. There were no cars moving aside, especially the emergency lane were illegally used. The ambulance was not given a chance to move at all. When she got back home, she then found out her grandfather is in the ambulance needs to be send to the hospital urgently. Please, Do not use the emergency lane no matter what though drivers like this never listen.

Pretty much sums up all my "favorite drivers" of all time! If you want to know a few ways to deal with fighters. I will be talking about it on my upcoming post tomorrow on 8pm. Thanks for reading!

If you had read my previous post, you should able to understand why advise is needed right before your first day of work, you can ask anyone that has experience some advise, especially your first job. Not just some part time job, I meant full time. Where you need to face your bosses, colleagues permanently. Sometimes, you know its hard to be a decent human being...you know what I mean?

I have few points to share with you if you're about to give your first job an good impression. Though I have not enough experience on working full time as my past were all freelancing. But I definitely gone through my first job experience that I hope it could help you cope with it so you can (work) rest of your time.

DO NOT LIE in your Resume/Portfolio,

It's good to lie within your strength. If your planning to lie more than what you should, you should able to predict the consequences you may face just to get the job you desire. Mention just one or two (max) about your strength, because the more you stated, by the time, you will be multitasking job roles, not just project(s).

You will then realize you could have earned more, get it?

    DO NOT be passionate,

That was my first mistake I had made. I got blamed for spoiling the market and yes everyone is suffering now just because of my passionate mistake. Passionate can be good and bad. It can bring bad times to other people. I would suggest you could keep your passionate will to your own personal stuff.

Avoid saying "Yes" too much just because you want to leave a good impression. Know how heavy is your current project(s). Always set a deadline depending on how much time you need to complete a task with reasonable reason.

Of course, if your company values you, respect you, award you for being passionate. There is no harm. But what can I say, just play safe because everyone is depending salary to survive.

    DO NOT be socially active,

Of course you can be socially active, what I meant is there are always a line between just the right amount and over the line. You don't want your colleagues thinking you're trying too hard don't you. You can lend a helping hand, you can be friendly. But don't forget there are always colleagues that will take it another way round. Keep it low and smooth.

    DO NOT tell your secret,

Ever seen a group of office wear colleagues sits in a group and whisper? No? You will soon. Why did I mentioned office wear, because never judge a book by its cover.

THERE ARE NO SECRET IN OFFICE, there are a lot of "faces" you need to take months to find out which one is real and fake. You might just have leaked or share one of your biggest secret to a someone you wish you have never told. If you want to know quicker, resign is the way to expose them. You will be god damn shock!

DO NOT work more than your agreement ,

If you ever made that ONE STEP, agreeing to do more than what you should do. Trust me, there will be more, and more. There will be no ending for you. When you have enough and decided to end it, you will be listed as "Lazy".

For example, have you ever encounter problems like you're the one who does all the assignments in your team during college? It is worst than that 100 times more.

    DO NOT brag about yourself,

Fortunately I never brag about myself, I have experienced colleagues that brags about themselves as soon as they join in. First of all, this will ruin your impression. Second of all, there is no need to brag if action will be taken in your project. Instead of bragging, you can go for "actions speaks louder than words"

DO NOT join in the toxic conversation,

Remember I had mentioned about not telling any, ANY of your colleagues about your secret? There are toxic conversation in every company, it depends how bad it could be. If you're out of the circle, I am very proud of you. If you're in, please I beg you do not create your own plot twist, just because that excites everyone.

If you're ever force to be in a group of toxic colleagues, stay silent. Don't give opinions or suggestions. Whoever starts up the talk may not have the 100% fact.

DO NOT let your boss control you more than he or she should,

Just because of few compliments, still! You should not let your boss control you more than he or she should. You know some boss they verbally bullies you and ended with I see potential in you, I believe you can do it bla bla bla. Ok sorry what am I saying...

When your boss asked "Are you able to...". Do not reply instantly, you can say 'Let me get back to you in a minute"  That's when you THINK, can you? Will it effect your current project? Because a lot of times you will encounter last minute changes and it's totally normal.

Everything comes with a reason. You do not just do it just because you want.

KEEP you personal life and working life separated,

Separating public from private interests is a MUST. You'll only see professionals or in dramas how best friend can work together in a company. There are always conflicts, problems, betray, two faces around. Let's just admit, when things involves with getting promote and salary increases or whatsoever, human are always human and there is nothing wrong.

NEVER TELL ANYONE how much you're earning,

The amount of money you earn is the amount of hard work you put in. Unfortunately, some colleagues doesn't seems to understand. I learned a way to stop them from asking you about your salary, is to ask them back. "Tell me yours and I'll tell you mine" And most of them will just keep quite.

To simplify all my 10 advises for you, just avoid as much drama as you can. You're just trying to earn some money. I mean...If you enjoy drama, suits yourself.

Thank you for reading! Drop me a comment on how was your first job experience, maybe?

On my next post for tomorrow at 8pm, I will be talking about my most hated road and drivers of all time in Malaysia. Hopefully you will be on my side!

Let's just say because you're too curious of my last reason why I left. Just trying to save the best for last.

    *Drum roll*

I am thinking very hard on how do I put all my thoughts into one simple title, screw this.

    Attitude,

The first few month of my work, I was very happy and passionate. I wasn't just working for the sake of pleasing anyone. I volunteered to work hours early just so I could put more effort on it, I didn't mind OT even though I was not paid for it. Did I mentioned I was the only person in charge of jobs that requires few brains and hand? Because I enjoyed it so much I gave too much that my boss got greedy.

As some of you do not know, I am a video editor. I edit varieties of video. I am proud to say my editing speed is at my advantage (I am not showing off, hard work pays off). You will know in a few second what triggers me to quit.

I do news and media coverage, collaborations, variety programs in my company. Because of my passion and orders from my boss to do things fast and sharp, I followed. And, things got over the board where I am ordered to edit 3 videos a day (News, Entertainment, Collaborations). Not to mention there is always last minute project threw right in front of you and you have to leave the other work behind.

After a few months later, a new video editor came in.

When boss got interest in variety programs. I was told to edit a 13 minute video within a days including graphic designs(obviously that's for graphic designer job but they did not hire one), subtitle, banners, and many more you could think of in a program.

Here's some fact, crews that are in charge of shooting has zero experience in shooting variety show which makes my job 100 times harder. But you can't blame them, they were indirectly forced to follow orders.

I was given an offline of 20 minute footage which I am suppose to edit into 13 minute. Not to mention the time I got the offline was 4pm (I remembered crystal clear). And I was told to finish the task by 6pm. I laughed with tears. Within 2 hours, I was expected to complete subtitle, graphic design, sound effect, color grading, smoothness, etc.

"It is impossible to finish" I told my boss.
He gave me the most disturbing expression I could every get from a co-founder standard.
"You have no choice to work on it from now until tomorrow, maybe afternoon" he said.

That is the right moment I knew I wasn't value, I am not supposed to be treated this way. It is no use to argue. The only way is quit, and that is when I started to find job in Singapore. You could say I have experienced the worst here.

The next day, I defended myself to one of the producer (hoping he could save me), I said "I am more than happy to learn graphic design, but in given such limited time (less than 24 hours), you expect me to be a graphic designer.  Don't you think that's too much. I am just a video editor" And what I got in replied made me want to pack and leave.

"If you don't know how, learn. Otherwise, you just don't have the heart to work. You just have no choice" said producer.

All I can say is, the quality of a video is depends on reasonable time given, and also how you treat your worker. It's funny how when you're boss tells you how easy video editing is. By the way, I got humiliate in front of the whole company where my boss said " Rachel is lazy, prove me I'm wrong".  SAY WHAAAAAAAT?

To simplified it, I was not valued. I'm sorry I volunteered myself to work more hours than I am suppose, I'm sorry I was too passionate.

I was actually waiting for the right moment to quit. Until, my one and only video editor quit out of the blue. Because he is still under probation whereby I am not. He only need to give one week notice. That's it, I quit too. PS, I need to give one month notice.

Few days later, new video editors slowly joins in. I speak no words because too hard to put everything into words. Some of them knew something fishy is going on, some blamed me for spoiling the market. I do admit I was too passionate (which is a bad thing apparently). Because I did not expect that is how I was being treated at the end.

I understand that in media world, everything needs to be fast and sharp. But if my passion wasn't value and respect, that's it.

Everything I had written here, It's just my way of expressing (regretting my decision). I have no intend of hating anyone. Which will lead you to my next post, hope you enjoy ready and see you tomorrow at 8pm!

Glad you came back! If you're new, welcome! In my previous post (first post) I mentioned about my first reason of why I quit my first job whereby I have 3 solid reason. So here's my second reason.

    Working In Singapore,

That was my main purpose once I graduated, what can I say? The world is too competitive, didn't get a job (obviously). After working locally, The last solid reason leads me urging to get a job in Singapore will be answered on my next upcoming post. You could say I was stubborn and strongly believe in myself that I am more than just working my butt off. There were ups and down, weep throughout most of my nights waiting for emails. I screamed through video calls, my boyfriend even got fed up. When I mentioned how tough I was going through, 90% of my friends and family would say "did you try applying the other companies?"

And I have to answer it calmly "Yes, I have applied the whole Singapore"

I waited for almost 25 companies' email for a month. I started to doubt my strength, gradually falling apart. Until one day, some strange feeling just got right into me. I got back straight from work and went online and search for job, I then found a job I was like, THIS IS IT! It's something I am positive I am suitable for the job. The next day, the company replied me with a given assignment in order to go for the second round interview in Singapore. I completed on time, no emails returned for another month. I got so depressed and as I decided to give up and accept my fate.

I got an email! Not to mention almost nearly another month I waited. Asking when will I be available for an interview in Singapore. Made it to Singapore second round, prepared all my questions and answers. I never studied so hard in my life!

As I was on the way walking towards the company, I still couldn't believe I'm here. I almost tear up in joy, of course I didn't want to ruin my make up .I hold back as much as I can. There goes 3 hours of interview with 6 different interviewer, and few of them are from United States. It's also my first time being interviewed from interviewer from US. Not to mentioned, the interview was not held together with 6 of them. Each of the interviewer has 30 minutes sections separately with me. This is also my first time going for an interview without any paperwork. Most importantly, they did not ask the most frequent question, Why did you quit your job. That was my main concern and prepared this answer the longest time. They did not ask my grades, and instead of asking me how long have you been working. They asked "how long have you been doing this?" This is the most comfortable question I ever heard throughout my experience in interview.
When the interview comes to an end. I walked out the building, I looked upon the sky (Yes, you can picture it). And said "The rest is on God's hand".

Walked back and rest for a bit before heading off to meet my boyfriend to end the night. Did I get the job? Soon you will find out! thank you for reading!

Now, let's get serious about the last reason why I quit. Or you could say the most sensitive question for me with harsh answer for tomorrow post at 8pm.
I wonder why would I be so harsh on my first post, Oh well. I'm going to skip the long first paragraph intro. If you're ever wondering which company was it, feel free to drop me a comment.

Was it a tough decision? No
    Was it plan? No

I have worked with them for nearly 10 months. To be exact on my matter, I have 3 solid reason. Yes, I am leaving the most sensitive reason at the end. Let's start with the first two most reasonable...reason?

    The Transportation,
I am not sure how far any of you would go for to work. But as for me, My work starts at 10 in the morning and I have to leave my house 6 in the morning to avoid standstill traffics. I have tired leaving at 7am, sometimes I woke up late I leave at 8am but no joke I am always stuck in the traffic for 2 hours. Coming back home has no doubt that it also took me 2 hours. And, that sums up 4 hours in total of my daily routine stucking in traffic. Pretty sure that's not what I want after I'd spend almost...

    4 hours traffic per day (sometimes 3 hour and a half) x 20 days (working day) x 10 month = 800 hours / 33.3 days

I almost wasted a month inside my car yelling. Why didn't I rent a room? this could lead to another post if you're interested knowing, just leave me a comment.

This wraps up my first reason why I decided to quit my job. Still curious? Hop on my next post tomorrow at 8pm.
